We call our meetings “Unmasking Practice”
These are small, live spaces where we practice safe, honest relationships — first with ourselves, and then with others.
What happens in an Unmasking Practice?
Each meeting is a lightly held container where we:
• Speak from lived experience
• Listen without fixing
• Allow silence
• Let feelings move
• Respect boundaries
• Trust each person’s pace
Nothing is forced.
Nothing is performed.
Everything welcome.
Who these spaces are for
People who:
• Feel “too much” in ordinary relationships
• Have learned to mask to belong
• Want connection without hierarchy
• Need room to process out loud
• Are practicing being fully real
You do not need to be healed to belong here.
You only need willingness to show up honestly.
